INITIAL CONSULTATION – DIAGNOSIS & TREATMENT PLANNING

The first consultation involves X-rays, clinical photography, and a CT scan to assess bone quality, nerve positioning, and sinus structure. All necessary diagnostic procedures are performed in-house at Miko Dental.

PHASE 1 – TWO STEPS IN 24 HOURS

Step 1 – Surgical Phase – Implant Placement

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia or intravenous sedation
Necessary tooth extractions are carried out in the same session
Implants are inserted into the jawbone; if required, minor bone grafting and soft tissue contouring may be performed
Duration: approx. 2 hours per arch (6 implants in the maxilla, 4 in the mandible)

Step 2 – Immediate Fixed Provisional Prosthesis
